Good guidelines beforem during and after the trip. During the trip there is a lot of information, in words and on screen, there is enough time to take pictures. Friendly staff.

TV is not working all the time, space of the campervan is good, for 2 persons (Bertha), if you take the VIP-cover you get a lot of extras like bed linen, but they are still trying to sell you an extra
insurance.Toilet cleaning blocks should be inclusive (you have to buy them for xtra), friendly staff in Christchurch.

Yes unfortunately the TV will not work in remote areas where signal is low- however we hope that there are enough beautiful things to see in NZ in these areas that this doesn’t affect our guest’s holiday too much. Very friendly staff, free WIFI card was given to us on arrival, helped us out with a tour (gave us advice), good and clean facilities.

You can sleep onsite with your campervan (no power!), lunch and dinner are included - very nice!
Great ride is marvelous, a lot of guidelines with the rafting. They take a lot of pictures (good ones you have to pay for).
