Safe not working - water pump makes lot of noise - waterhose too short - were told we needed international driving licences, otherwise we could not drive here (we think this not necessary).

Thank you for your review. We were very disappointed to read that you encountered issues with the safe and that you found the water hose to be too short. The water pumps can be noisy and we do recommend that these are kept off when not in use. We hope that our On Road Care team were able to help you with the safe and water hose while you were on your travels. With regards to license requirements, our insurance provider does require that our customers have an international driving license if their license is not in English.
