Campervan (Condo) was not complete (lacked three chairs), and cutlery was quite poor.
Instructions were good, although we were not asked for drivers licence (or international).

I'm sorry to hear that the vehicle had some items missing and you found that the cutlery was poor. I've passed this feedback onto our fleet teams so that they can follow up with the branches. Our vehicles do go through an intense quality check before dispatched to our customers so I'm so sorry that this was missed.
I've also passed the feedback on about licences, as our staff should be taking and checking these. Thank you for letting us know.

Host in reception was not friendly.
We needed a key (needed deposit), to get into toilets and kitchen facility. Kitchen facility was poor.

We did the two day Royale with Cheese.
1 day walk and 1 day kayak and 1 night in a hut (DOC). Trip was quite expensive $225, when there does not seem that many costs involved. The scenery and wildlife was wonderful.
