Good Toyota Hiace. Bad accessories: frying pan not flat, gas cooker cheap, can't boil water for pasta, broken chair, could use more utensils. Bad surprise when picking up the van: had to have $4000 frozen for insurance. Not explicit on the website.

I'm sorry that we let you down in the accessories department! We try to supply as much as we can, does become tricky over our peak season as we have a huge volume of vans going out on the road and we try to share everything as evenly as possible.
I like to think we are very transparent with everything, including our insurance - particularly info that's online. Our terms and insurance page does detail clearly that a bond is frozen on your credit card and released on dropoff and the levels of our insurance excesses. But I will endeavour to see if we can improve on what we feature!

Lots of details given by the guide. The cave is beautiful, many stalagmites and stalagtites. A little bit too expensive. $48.
