I'm sorry to hear that you have had a problem with the fridge and the bed and can appreciate that this would be frustrating while trying to enjoy your holiday. It would be great if you could email me directly lucy@jucy.co.nz with your booking details so I can get our operations team to look into the bed to make sure that this gets fixed and get these issues followed up with our staff.

If you are still on the road please contact our team on our free phone number as they will be able to look into where you can get the bed looked at and also look into getting the fridge cleaned.
