Phil and Helene were awesome hosts.
We stayed in the Kiwi Cottage which was comfortable and met all our needs. They have a knack for remembering names and made us feel very welcome. They invited my mum and me to join them with their friends for a fabulous spit roast. They definitely exceeded all our expectations and we will be back.

Awesome Stay.
Really great staff, amazing location. Facilities are really clean and modern, the grounds are in excellent condition. The kids loved the flying fox and all of the trampolines.

Pretty poor welcome on arrival.
The guy behind the counter was really only interested in taking our money - didn't offer any advice or talk to us at all. Stayed two nights - the facilities are adequate and clean, the grounds were maintained. It was only all right.

Amazing location.
The Falls are just beautiful - and lit up at night. Really special place. The pool looked great but too cold when we were there to try it out. The facilities were OK. Overall it was a nice stay.

Terrible experience checking in - in fact we should have stayed somewhere else.
Man and woman at desk were just rude. Facilities would be good if they were CLEAN. Ants everywhere - disgusting!! My husband didn't even have a shower here as it was just so bad. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!

Great location, facilities are not in the best condition - but they are clean.
Nice trees and gardens - not the best playground we have seen. Lady was friendly enough when we checked in.
