Thank you for your feedback Daniel, sorry your time with us did not meet up to your expectations. We believe our pricing is fair and reflects similar pricing within the Tourism Industry.. Our vessels are designed specially for whale watching, equipped with engines that minimise underwater noise and toilets that never pollute the sea. There is also plenty of room on the outside platform and upper deck for photo opportunities.

When taking over the campervan it was not clean, the fry pan was damaged, the heating/air conditioning does not work, only a minimum of dishes and cutlery were provided.

All vehicles are checked and cleaned throughly prioir to each rental so your comments should be looked into further. Each vehicle is supplied with enough crockery and cutlery for the number of people travelling. I hope that despite the above you did have a great trip.
