Cannot fault their customer service but feel if the first van we were given had been properly prepared and checked the experience would have been better.
They ended up driving a new van to us in Wellington from Auckland.

Great half day out with young kids.
Our three year old really enjoyed it. A bit pricey compared to UK, but that is the same everywhere in New Zealand.

Great place, brilliant play areas, heated pools were lovely, services lovely.
Location convenient but not picturesque.
