Arrived late and office closed.
Instructions were left with password for gate for late arrivals. Hot showers, kitchen facilities and only $20.

'Here is your vehicle now go'. Van was stinky when we got in but price was okay compared to other companies.

We do have travel tips and we have a JUCY Concierge which you can contact at any time during your trip to ask questions, advise on where to go or the best places for food and who can also book activities and accommodation. I'm sorry that you were not made aware of this service. I will pass this feedback on as well!
