Very expensive and I had the feeling they just want to show one whale diving and then return to the harbour.
Here at Whale Watch Kaikoura we pride ourselves on delivering a quality experience to all our guests. I can assure you that our aim is not to just show one whale and then return to the harbour, when dealing with nature we cannot predict what is going to happen day by day let alone tour by tour, our captains do their best to show what they can in the time available. I am very sorry that on this occasion it fell below what you would expect from a leading tourism operator and that your expectations were not met.
