facilities were great however the man who operates the camp needs some hosting skills, wasnt very welcoming and all our group of 16 felt him to be boarding on rude.
Later found out from other people who stayed there in April they felt the same.
Hi, just seen this. Sorry if I have been less than welcoming. I have not had this issue before. If anyone of our guests has issues with the park I hope they feel they can come to reception and talk to either my wife Tracy or I Matthew. As far as I am aware we have hundreds of guests through the park every year and all have a good time. Once again sorry if your stay less then welcoming. Matthew.
