Hi, just seen this. Sorry if I have been less than welcoming. I have not had this issue before. If anyone of our guests has issues with the park I hope they feel they can come to reception and talk to either my wife Tracy or I Matthew. As far as I am aware we have hundreds of guests through the park every year and all have a good time. Once again sorry if your stay less then welcoming. Matthew.
