worst renting experience we have ever had!

We rented the van for a little more than a month (starting in Jan until mid Feb) and i can not even count all the issues that we had. Starting off with existing damages to the windscreen (chips and cracks), a no functional bluetooth system and missing pieces for the outdoor shower and watersystem. In addition to that we sadly had to encounter the most rude customer service interaction in our lifetime. The employees on the phone were not helping at all and told us that we are stupid to think that we would get any money back. We lost a lot of time regarding mechanic checks and workshop appointments that we had to to do. So sad and disappointing that a big company like that is not willing to be solution-oriented in any way. We have not gotten any refund so far and we did not get any replacement for the van.
