Basic site, nice location by the river but we were woken to rowing teams at 5:55am with a megaphone which continued for an hour.

This unfortunately woke us up. Residual noise from the road if you’re a light sleeper. 20 minutes from Hobbiton which is convenient if you’re on an early tour.
