This is a bit of paradise on earth.
Came across this campsite completely by chance while exploring the coastline. Close to an amazing beach with lovely surroundings. Generously spaced. We loved our stay here and wished we had found it earlier. Downsides for some maybe the poor phone reception and WiFi that was only available close to the office. We found it rather liberating. If this is not a priority this place really is not to be missed. Great coffee and treats at reception. Comprehensive store. Really lovely people. Facilities might look a little dated to some but very clean and organised and beautifully hot showers. Seek it out!

Fantastic rural riverside camp.
Yes gravel road and therefore maybe not suitable as a base for day trips (?) but if you want a peaceful time or a a couple of nights out from touring look no further. Clean facilities and a lot of thought put into them. Must book online. Generous check out so did a small early morning walk before breakfast and leaving. Note other activities/cafe at certain times. No dump station

Fantastic (as we understand!) new site.
Great facilities and views. First class. Really pleased we couldn’t get into the Hampshire Lakeview Holiday Park in Queenstown. Strongly recommend; a gem of a find. Simply perfect and beautiful
