Avoid this company!

I had an issue with a car they gave me tried to call the roadside assistance number but the number straight up didn’t work. Couldn’t get in touch with the office either. I ended up spending a lot of money on a cab and was eventually charged because they couldn’t find anything wrong with the car despite the fact that I wasn’t able to drive it. I tried to fix the solution with their office providing proof of my attempts to reach out for help only to have the service not work. They literally ignored my emails and stopped responding to me despite them being in direct violation of their rental agreement. I’m an avid solo traveler and this was the worst experience I’ve had with a car rental company of any country I’ve rented from. I was so terrified that something was really wrong with the car and was stranded in a foreign country. It’s pretty rare for me to leave a review but head my warning and take your business elsewhere.
