My experience with Bularangi started months before my actual trip, emailing from Canada back and forth with Ali in New Zealand about the rental of a Sportster for a self-guided tour of New Zealand.

Ali was very quick to reply to emails, very complete in her answers from the slightest to the most difficult questions, very thorough to make sure I had everything in place I needed to have, very helpful with tourist information that I wouldn't expect would even fall under her scope of duties as a bike rental company, and all of this while being VERY friendly, inviting, and accommodating. When I arrived and picked up my bike, her co-workers were an extension of her courtesy, kindness, and professionalism, further rendering my experience with Bularangi an incredibly positive one. My trip on a Harley across New Zealand was life-changing, in no small part to Ali and Bularangi Harley Tours.
