Nice pool, charge for spa and WIFI. Limited number of showers, handyman Jim very helpful, friendly ladies at reception.

Swimming pool and free mineral spa, WIFI free, facilities very clean, plenty of showers.

No wooden spoon - more variety of kitchen utensils and cutlery would be preferred.
We had problems with electrical sockets but problem resolved very efficiently by Ford agency in Rotorua.
