We did the three hour hike to the lookout point, good views in the main although tracks off into the bush where there is not much to see.

A big campsite and expensive for DOC with the price increasing if you want to be shore side.
Lots of sandflies and toilets/showers not great especially as you have to pay extra!!

Not worth the money, lots of little side trips to fill out the 'full' day when really we would have been better driving ourselves and stopping off at 90 Mile Beach.

More expensive than the other Top10s we have stayed in, probably due to the closeness to the Abel Tasman Track.
Really good facilities and don't have to pay extra for showers.
