This was a perfect place to stay as we wanted to attend the bell ringing in Auckland.

Janet and Basker were super friendly and really nice to talk to. Although the parking is in the front we slept well as the road was not busy. For breakfast we could use the spacious area and furniture in the back and even the lounge. Bathroom was very cosy and also in the back. Highly recommended!
