Grass was well maintained.

Pleasant setting with sheep cows ducks and chickens.

Lots of clutter around the place and poorly maintained. Sheep droppings all around reception area. $15 per night plus costs of shower. Free wifi which was shut down and a reminder by the owner they “close” at 10am and encouraged to leave.

Long term tenants as well as casual short stays.
