Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel our one night stay.

We emailed the company 3 times and finally got a response we’re were told we would not be refunded even though we gave 3 days notice. We were not given any information on cancellation policies at the time of booking and was told we had to pay by bank transfer only. I would be careful when booking as you will not get a refund if you need to cancel.
