It is a spacious van, lots of room to put your stuff in, nice kitchen, it would have been nice if Jucy provided 2 camping chairs for outside the van and the mattress could have been thicker.

Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate it.
We do rent out picnic chairs which you can request at the time of booking and are subject to availability. I'm sorry if you were not aware of this at time of booking. I've also passed on your feedback regarding the mattress onto our fleet teams. They do spot checks on our vans every 6 months and replace these if need be - so we do have a process around this.
