Thanks so much for your feedback even though you did not hire a Tui Camper. Your campervan was with Freedom Campers which is second tier to Tui. We do have a dedicated operations team who are there to help you should you have any problems during your hire and are very skilled in helping you resolve these to get you back on the road quickly. We hope that the 3 days refund for your breakdown was sufficient compensation.

Go early or late in the day.
