Good location to the city and very nice green area with a swimming pool. BBQs are nice, friendly staff.

Nice spot within the city.
Next to a rugby stadium, cool games on the weekend, although campervans were 1 metre close together - it was nice and tidy.

But arrive just before sunset to see the blu penguins coming up from the sea.
