Absolutely ridiculous!

We contacted them in April, knowing that things book up over Christmas. We offered to pay them at that time but they refused and said please pay us in September. They send us a confirmation. They then said to us that they would contact us later to get payment. In September we were told that a big group has asked to stay and that our booking has been cancelled.

Small groups don’t matter to them and will cancel on you in a heartbeat. They don’t ruined our holiday and now we no where else to go.
