Amazing views and freedom kayaking where we could do whatever we wanted.
We ate lunch on a private beach but a little pricey at $65 each.

Bubbling mud village was really cool, guide gave us tour and history, saw haka and got a real insight into Maori culture.
We had a free walk around as well.

An amazing beach where you can surf and swim with an added attraction, you can rent a shovel at certain times of the day and dig your own volcanic rock hot water spa.

Saw seals and waterfalls, Milford Sound is beautiful but it is essentially just a boat ride.

South of Kaikoura there is an amazing campsite fully equipped with facilities and fun things to do also has beach plots - best campsite in NZ.
