Reasonable handover of vehicle (paperwork and how things work).
Bit sketchy on interior and furnishings which were not all shown in working order. Efficiently sorted out water leak two days later. NB We would recommend van layout change so that bed in rear not middle.

Booking reception did not know where their seaview pitches were.
Showers and toilet block need updating. Not having a switch inside for cubicle showers or any means of hand drying - and main road noisy.

Fantastic. Easy to book but we were glad to have a sat nav as the main roads into MataMata had no signs to site 15km away. Tour fabulous.

Lots of interaction with swimmers, good guidance in office and with fitting of equipment.
Customer service of crew knowledgable and interesting. Only one qualm in safety aspect - due to high swell, return onto boat could have helped exhausted swimmers get back on step.

Lovely small, friendly and quiet.
Set in countryside by stream and woods, peaceful and full of wildlife. Offered food for the pizza oven which was on that night.
