Situated amongst vineyards with friendly staff that will meet your every question with helpfulness.
Great place to get away from noise and perhaps go for a little run or visit the vineyards!
Thanks for your comments, glad you enjoyed our location and hospitality.

Beautiful falls - you will find it through a great walk (not too long) through NZ forest!
Visit the cafe at the campground at the entrance - The Whistling Frog - excellent food and wonderful staff.

Well the sea was high, a lot of passengers got seasick and the whales evaded us.
Thus a disappointing whale watch. However, the company was very professional, with great information, knowledge and we got 80% ticket refund.

A wonderful secret spot next to yellow eyed penguins and hector dolphins - right at the petrified forest.
Camp right at the edge of the cliffs and fall asleep to the sound of the waves and perfect scenery. Basic facilities, super friendly staff.

Skip this walk.
It is worn down and not really as spectacular as other walks closer to Milford Sound.

134m Nevis Bungy + 800m Nevis Tandem Swing.
Safety was great - the swing was the most impressive experience of the two. Recommend it! A bit expensive if you want photos too.

A quirky place - close to the highway.
Managed by a well spirited funny guy, who has travelled the world, you can sleep in old renovated rail wagons if you would like, basic and cosy.

Wonderful experience bouncing about in the river.
Excellent safety and great spirited personnel! Only thing we missed was a BBQ at the end. Which might be a tip on future variations of canyoning.

We took a scenic cruise on Milford Sound.
A must if you made it all the way there. It has turned quite a bit touristy with lots of boats and planes. No wonder much of the wildlife has disappeared. Still good though.
