Excellent trip.
Commentary could have been better - could not hear much of it. Seating was a little cramped in the front seats. But overall a very good service, to be recommended. Expensive but competitive with other providers.

Lovely views. Well signed. But visitor centre toilets need cleaning.

We did the Great Day Out Trip and it was brilliant.
Staff were very pleasant and attentive, information was comprehensive and the boat was very clean and comfortable. Picnic perhaps a little overpriced but overall excellent value.

Beach trip to Milford Sound and three hour cruise.
Very slick operation. They picked us up from the campsite. Everything worked like clockwork. Lots of stops on the way.... The coach driver was very knowledgable and gave a good commentary. The boat was modern and not crowded.

Staff were very helpful when we picked up the van, especially when we asked to change to a larger van than we had booked.
The van itself had been around a bit but is very comfortable and we have had no problem with it.

Far too many campervans for the size of the site and inadequate facilities for the numbers of people.
But in a good position, in walking distance to town and Skyline Gondola.

Excellent site.
Close to town for shops and restaurants. Lovely new faciltiies, kept spotlessly clean, good size pitches, with plenty of open space. Very helpful staff.

Lovely to see Kiwi and get really close to them, even though in semi-darkness.
The exhibition was mixed - some very interesting parts but others not so - we liked the bits about the wildlife. Quite expensive, but a good cause.
