Don't stay here if you need to use their internet.

The receptionist was great and twice helped me log in, by using their 0800 help service. When I tried the help service (as recommended after reception was closed) they didn't respond. The internet kept dropping out, and was unable to download photos into my programme. So although the facilities and staff are lovely, I was stressed and wasted hours waiting for internet.
