We called the day before our arrival to confirm our stay and the courtesy ride to the hobbiton tour departure, all seemed well, we arrived around 10:30am and tried to call and text but there is very poor

cell reception, at 3:10pm we had to leave to make our hobbiton tour in time - still had not heard a word from our hosts. We did not return.
