Shabby and dirty camper.
Delivered with grey water not properly emptied. Fresh water tank leaked so short of fresh water. SWORN at by person pn phone when we phoned for help - but came out promptly to help.

I really just dont know how to respond to this review!!! I am aware at handover that you had an issue with footprints on the lino from us being on the clean floor post -cleaning but this was corrected immediately. However at no time were you ever sworn at?!. As for the water tank I personally attended to the leaky overflow valve that affected only the top 10 litres in the tank? ...I know this is just not True or Reflective of my Company or my Staff.... VERY DISAPPOINTED with your review.... but obviously you have other "Issues" at play here Alison ?? Regards Tony Terrell - Director

Noisy from railway - also smelly from pile of sleepers.
Very convenient for whale watch. WIFI did not work. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Thank you for letting us know about our staff service - they will be pleased to hear this :) Sorry to hear your WIFI didn't work, we always do our absolute best to resolve WIFI issues for customers - our staff are now quite experienced on all the possible problems guests can have with their laptops, Iphones etc and in March we had an upgrade to our systems to improve reception to every corner of the park :)
