Don't use Britz.
Was so unlucky that my travel agent booked me a car through an online agent to Britz. Pick-up is NOT at the airport, but with bus away from the airport. NO possible after hour return (MUST BE RETURNED BEFORE 5 pm - thats a joke for international travelers). Car fleet is OLD (>10 years). Britz is CHEAP, but if you plan to drive a lot in NZ, its not worth saving 100 NZD by choosing Britz instead of Hertz, Europcar or AVIS. Britz IS a budget company, don't expect anything else.
