The sign says three vehicles and just like everywhere else in NZ you have to follow the signs.
You DON'T park your so called SC van or car on the end of the space to allow your mate, or fellow EU tourist to also fit in. You park in the middle of the space! These spaces were also marked out and provided for LEGAL SC motorhomes, which is why they are long! Follow the rules and be considerate of the country and others travelling in it.

If Kiwi motorhome owners are going to not follow freedom camping rules and not show themselves as good examples of how it's done right, how do we expect tourists to behave any different.
This tonight here is a good example. No parking at Lakes edge/boat trailer parking.
