I asked about swimming lessons changing from an hour and a half to an hour and also having our usual 3 lanes cut down to one, this is not reasonable because we have 8 people in our swimming group and we

cannot all fit into one lane. I went to the main office in the learn to swim facility and told the lady that my swim group cannot.fit.into one lane and she replied by saying boohoo and miming a crying person rubbing their eyes, I am a young person but.i feel very disrespected when I am treated like this, I believe that instead of shutting my question down with sarcasm and taunting I should be confronted by logic and reasoning, I find this very disrespectful and hope that the lady working at the desk has a change of personality as I do not believe this is the attitude u should have when working in customer service.
