The night before I'm praying for good weather so that i can skydive the next day at 7 am.
The next day is already here and I can still see some stars which is a good sign - we will be skydiving :)))
Michael from Franz Skydive is already putting the harness on me. I feel totally relaxed as my gut feeling is telling me I'm in good hands (this is my first skydive ever)
We're in the plane, reaching 15,000 feet already - the sunrise is gorgeous and Mt. Cook and the glaciers are stunning to look at, but we are sliding closer to the door as we must jump soon...
3..2..1..I'm in the air - AMAZING!!!!

I'm stunned by the number of places and the amount of things i managed to do while on tour with Haka.
Verve was our guide and he showed us places that we would not have seen otherwise. He also had a way of revealing to us the true kiwi spirit - I felt completely immersed into the Aotearoa culture.
I'm so grateful to the organizers of this tour because the work they did is tremendous: it takes skill & coordination to organize so many awesome activities in the time-frame provided.
I loved every moment of the trip (ok, there were seconds when i felt bummed but that only happened because some activity would get cancelled because of the weather :); but Verve was awesome to inform us of the same activity that we could do in a different location. He is also hilarious which helps when on the road for a few hours at a time.
I wholeheartedly recommend Haka for your NZ exploration: I can't imagine doing a trip like this in a huge -50 people - bus! Our little bus (who of course had a name - Murray) - was so good to us. For me, this trip wasn't only about the sights/activities but about the spirit of the people (and Murray of course :), the land, the trees...everything had soul over there...
I felt very sad to leave all that behind but am eternally grateful for experiencing it.

I did the canyoning 1 hours after landing in Auckland - what an awesome way to get over my jet-lag.
Cam was our guide - he was great!!! Showed us some tricky descends and gently made me push my boundaries. I loved every minute of it.
The nature around us was SPECTACULAR!!! A must-do if you're in Auckland even for a few hours as Piha is just 40 min. away.
Loved the abseil and the waterfalls we encountered on the way down were amazing!
