I really wanted to enjoy my experience and write a great review because the lady who setup and showed my around my van was super lovely and helpful but unfortunately it went downhill from there.

As soon as it started raining I realized my roof was leaking all over my luggage including my laptop and headphones. The on my drive down south the Oil Pressure alarm kept going off, I took the van into the depot in Queenstown where they said the sensor was faulty but they didnt have the part to replace it and sent me on my way.

So I spent the next 2 weeks with a leaking roof and a sensor alarm going off while I drove. I emailed back and forth and with 2 days left on my trip they offered to swap the van, no offer of partial refund or even a discount on another trip. Just my bad luck I guess

Planning on doing a similar trip next year but I will be going with another company thats for sure
