Thanks for your comments- I would like to hear more about the branch you picked up at and the equipment as this can be added to our customer feedback information and reviewed. In regards to "insurance" or Liability reductions as it is called - we do alway strongly reccommend that travellers take this as accidents can happen and we always want our clients to be covered as much as they can be through us. We also always reccommend our clients to take out private travel insurance to cover for incidences that our liability options don't cover - it is a part of our duty of care to our clietns to make them aware.
