There are some faults and explanation was not good.
We are sorry you did not appreciate the time I spend (1 hour and 45 minutes to explain your camper and contract and give you our personal tips)
After delivering the camper to you in Auckland I made it very clear that I had a flight to catch and only had 2 hours to fully inform you about your campervan (which I did).
About the two small faults, if you had used the mobile phone that we provided to you with your rental to contact us , I would have been able to explain what to do and could have solved your problem within 2 minutes so it is not reasonable to complain afterwards and give us just a 6 out of 10.
We are very happy that all our other Guests do appreciate the time we take to provide them with the best service we possible can, so they can enjoy there New Zealand camper adventure in full.
