Friendly staff, uncomplicated ceckout and return process, absolutely transparent costs, only positive surprises!

There is actually someone reachable and reacting quickly when there is something wrong with the van. We'll book again at Wendekreisen! Why not 10? Van was not perfectly clean inside, but certainly acceptable since it was an older version.
