Car I was rented rav4 2018 had 4 defect tyres unknown to me , we drove 3hrs to hokitika where the rear tyre blew out!

Rung mode who said it was my problem and im responsible even tho i had peace of mind insurance and was on a highway...took it to bridgestone who discovered all tyres were old and defect! Mode is lucky no one was hurt as he would have found himself in court...didnt like his attitude and tried to blame me which i couldnt believe ...trye shop found nothing i had run over and tyres were just old and cracked.

Will not use mode again.
