The person who runs payments at the gate won’t or can’t do his job properly.

I dropped off a payment in the box with my name and plate details of the caravan that im staying in. With no record of receipt u put money in a secure box. The system used when you stay is recording plate details and payments on an excel spreadsheet on his iPad. Yet he fails to record these payments and will confront you as if you haven’t paid. He doesn’t have any manners so his tone will scare you into paying twice. I believe he’s doing this to get double payments and a bit more money to put towards his personal kitty. The best thing to do is not pay and wait for him to come collect it in person. This way you can video record the conversation and use it as evidence that you’ve paid. Beware of this process before choosing this as a camp ground.
