Left Kaikoura after a day of whale watching with “Whale Watch Kaikoura” who were excellent in their own right then we headed north.
We make plans when organising our trip but we’re so lucky we did. We watched the seals for at least half and hour but honestly could have spent an entire day. Got some great pictures of the pups feeding, playing swimming and sleeping. Can’t recommend high enough.

After hours check in was super easy and no issues.
Toilets and kitchen were clean. Water was great pressure and hot straight away. All with a beautiful view of the snow capped mountains and witching minutes of the city centre.

Nice and easy to find and all other campers were quiet as well.
We were lucky to get in at 6:30 however during peak season I could see it filling much earlier. The Campervan spaces were huge and plentiful as well. The only downside was that the motion sensor in the toilets were broken but taking a torch was an easy fix.
