Had tattoos done by jimmy I paid $1200 off a car I sold him even though I really let him have it $2200 off he said well give you 12 hours tattoos worth he saw what I wanted done any how he kept recommending

changes he only done 6 hours and asked for another $1200 to finish I have witnesses to the deal who all heard the conversation tattoo people think it looks shit and no way it’s worth $1200 would definitely not recommend he is a con and lyes.
