The Campground was alright.

Toilets and Showers were pretty nice and also the kitchen was very well equipped. However there was a lot of random stuff laying around all over the campground.

We rented a Jucy Condo for 1 month and had to change vehicles 3 times because the first 3 vehicles were not waterproof.

It rained through the windows, the refrigerator was broken and one vehicle smelled very unpleasant. Also, none of the vehicles were cleaned properly and they were all very old.

Customer service was terribly slow and wanted me to take the vehicles back to the location. This was followed by many hours on hold and on the phone. Waiting on mechanics and waiting for replacement vehicles to be delivered. Jucy did not apologize to me and I only received a small compensation when I demanded it with much discussion. Jucy tries to pass every problem on to the customer.

The last vehicle worked okay but was very old (2008, 250,000 km) and needed a lot of gas. (13-15 L/100km).

If you want to argue for hours and rent a bad camper then choose Jucy. Should you want to enjoy the vacation I would leave the fingers of it.

Considering the price it’s great!

Kitchen is useless but the amenities are brand new. Location is beautiful! Hot showers cost 4,5$ and you can pay by card in the shower. The showers can also be used if you are not camping there!

Location was good and the campground is quite nice.

Amenities are little bit old but everything was super clean. We were the only ones there at the time. (May 23)
