A great way to spend an hour.
Very reasonable cost wise! The driver of our train was brilliant, very informative and friendly. A must to see when in the Coronandel township! Loved the 'eyefull tower'. The views were awesome.

I certainly wouldnt have rated this the best theme park in NZ for 2010 or 2011, in fact I wouldnt even say it was a theme park, its a water feature park!
The toilets were horrible, in fact we walked in them and straight out again, holding our mouths and noses! It was very expensive for what it was. Paying to swim in a public river, this should never be the case!!!!! Credit to the person who designed the brochure - well done in over selling the park.

Fantastic hosts, all staff were friendly and helpful.
Great to have so many shower blocks with free showers. The kitchen facilities exceeded our expectations. There was no need to use our BBQ as there were 3 supplied by the camp including the gas. 2 microwaves were handy along with the toasters and ovens. We stayed for 3 weeks and in peak time and we never had to wait for a shower nor did we have to wait for a gas cooker or a sink to wash our dishes. A very affordable holiday. The play area for the kids was great! Where else can you get a powered site for such little money as $26 per night for an adult and $12 for a child. The location was fantastic, so central to everything we needed to see. Because they allow pets by arrangement we have re-booked for next year! We look forward to another great holiday! PS: great fish n chip shop on site to. Fresh with great flavours!!! Well done to the owners Grant and Sheree Webster, there should be more people like you!!
