We had a very bad experience with super shuttle.
We booked well ahead a chartered shuttle because we were traveling with young children, had a lot of luggage and were arriving from a long travel. We expected the driver to be waiting for us, but NO ONE was there. We waited over 1h. We looked and asked all over the terminal. No shuttle or driver in sight. We tried calling the office, but had to wait on the line for almost 30 min. When someone finally picked it, they told us to wait and hang up! Plus the follow your shuttle link on the website said our booking had passed 🤦♀️Finally, a shuttle arrived to pick up passengers, not us. We asked the driver to check about our shuttle. Our booking showed but no shuttle. The company simply charged us but had no shuttle for us. Luckily, the driver was nice and accepted to take us. He had to leave behind passengers who were waiting and not happy. Our kids who were exhausted from the long travel plus the waiting for the shuttle screamed the whole way (exactly what we hoped to avoid by booking transportation ahead). And then when we wrote to the company to complaint, they never apologized nor offer some form of compensation. They told us our flight never landed (which was false since we did arrive) and that the cyclone impacted there service (but this happened a week before the cyclone). They also blame covid. There reply showed really poor professionalism and disregard for client service. Avoid at all cost this unreliable and disrespectful company!
