Sure its new and clean with nice facilities, but $72 per night for powered lake view site...ouch!!
Plane spotters and insomniacs delight as directly under airport flight path.
Bring your own kettle, crockery and cutlery as kitchen only has few pots n pans. Chopping boards yes, knives no.

Large comfortable lounge area with sofas well equipped kitchen with cutlery, crockery, pots n pans, ovens, toasters, microwave and rice cooker!
Dining area as well.
Clean showers and toilets housed within motel block so no issues with weather.
Powered sites are rather basic more like a carpark.

Now charging $50 powered site for 2.
Agree others 10/10 comments. Nice for kids, noise not so good for older folks.
Kitchen now has pots, pans, crockery and limited cutlery.
Yes, would be nice to have some dividers/shrubbery between the powered sites and a few more bushes and trees around the place.
Worth a visit.

scenic views but note that there is a long walk to facilities from many of the sites.
the kitchen and spacious lounge both overwhelmed with people during breakfast and dinner times.
expect a queue for toilets and showers and beware only cold water showers in evening
no hand wash soap in mens toilets or wash up liquid in kitchen

Wonderful.
But have to pay extra $$ for wifi which is a shame given the high site fee.
Just remember to take a torch to the showers/toilet as the light sensor can't detect you in the cubicle :(

OK....$48 powered site for 2.
Nice greenery. Adequate kitchen but only 2 dining tables in the lounge. Good shower cubicles but beware mensroom lights are on sensor/ timer. So if sitting too long on toilet or in shower U can be stranded in pitch dark till the next visitor arrives.
Cleanliness spoilt by some messy guests in both kitchen and toilets which took almost 24hrs for staff to address.
Overall happy and recommend...

Big park, lots of resident caravans.
$43 for powered site for 2 on large slightly marshy grass area. 5 min walk to sandy beach w/lots of washed up tree stumps and assorted wood debris.
Amenities on hilltop so some walk to toilets and showers. The kitchen is sparsely equipped. Showers on 5 min timer. Water pressure & temperature ok.
If U need wifi have to pay xtra.

Not worth it...
Kitchen facilities only hotplates, 1 microwave and 2 toasters. Have to pay extra for cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery.
Need to queue for showers and toilets both inadequate for number of guests.
Powered sites lucky dip to get access to a waterpoint.

Spacious, peaceful.
Hidden gem with sufficient facilities for a pleasant stay at affordable price. Would visit again in preference to other sites in the area.

Great atmosphere, great host Thanks to Henry working hard to keep the place clean and tidy.
Very popular means sometimes a bit cramped in kitchen and queue for showers.
Highly recommended...
