Great location next to the beach.
The car park with toilets is open from 6 until 9 in the summer. Nice park with paddling pools and fountains for children and a supermarket nearby.
You can't camp in the car park any more but there are clearly marked freedom camping spots not far up the road. The toilets were mostly out of order and you can't use them at night. There are cold outdoor showers if you're so inclined!

As described by other people, beautiful location with a great park.
The aviary is worth a visit and lots for children to do. We only saw one penguin unfortunately but I think that depends on the time of year. Shower is outdoors and toilets basic and open, and without toilet paper. Quite busy when we were there but very quiet.
