Really liked this campsite.
Great views down the valley, and a lovely walk in beech forest to Lake Sylvan. Nice little camping alcoves for some privacy, plush grass, picnic tables and plenty of trees around for some shade from the hot sun. Not too many sandflies when I was there - definitely present, but manageable. Clean toilets.

Absolutely loved the view here, and swimming in the lake was wonderful.
Was only there one night - pretty windy on the afternoon I arrived, but calmed down before dusk. Some plum trees on the edge of the campground near the lake (about to fruit when I was there). Toilets were clean but getting fairly full. No issues with sandflies.

We loved our stay here.
Super friendly staff and great vibe around camp. Making pizza in the pizza oven was fun and social. New shower block is awesome - loved the open air design. Delicious baking available in the cafe. It feels like they’ve thought of everything!
